Refund & Delivery
Terms for providing access to digital products and for refunds.
1. General
1.1. All products on rendermestudio.com are digital (downloadable files) — no physical delivery is made.
1.2. Seller: Individual Entrepreneur Oleksandr Serhiiovych Kuznetsov.
2. Delivery (providing access)
2.1. After a successful payment the Buyer receives access to the file: via a link on the Site (“My account → Downloads”) and/or by email.
2.2. Access is provided immediately or within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
2.3. The Seller’s obligation is deemed fulfilled once the Buyer is technically able to download the file.
3. Technical requirements
3.1. Using the files requires compatible software (e.g. matching versions of After Effects, Cinema 4D, an archiver) and an internet connection to download.
3.2. The Seller is not liable for inability to use the files due to lack of the required software or insufficient device specifications.
4. Refunds
4.1. When placing an order, the Buyer consents to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledges that, once download begins, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract (under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”).
4.2. Therefore, once access to download is provided, funds are non-refundable, except as expressly required by law and clause 4.3.
4.3. A refund or re-delivery of an undamaged file is possible if: the file has a critical technical defect (corrupted archive/project) and it was not resolved within 5 business days of the request; or payment was made but access was not provided due to the Seller’s fault.
4.4. A refund (if made) is issued to the same payment method used. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the payment card used for the transaction.
